Unreachable build behind auto horizontal manual airlock

This build is not unreachable, since a duplicant can just open the manual airlock.

I assigned the manual air lock to be opened and after it was opened the build was no longer unreachable.

The manual airlock had default accesses so the dupes would have been able to open it and pass through it.

The bottom ladder shows up as unreachable after the manual airlock is opened, and should not be.

Once the top ladder is built, the bottom one shows up as reachable.
