french accents dont seem to be handled everywhere ( all bottom buttons and tooltip headers still miss some very common chars, ) 

(and those chars are definitly below 8000 in the the unicode range)

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

also normal comma display as not comma, but other symbol (upper) - we do not have such in russian language and in localization file this was normal comma:

Помоему просто все русские символы сдвинуты вниз, а запятая и (Q) на нормальной высоте. Вон, буковки свисают с подложки 8)))

 

I think all Russian symbols is off center, shifted down for some reason.
