I think this issue occurred out of so called "multi-thread optimization", I know reload could fix the problem, please fix this!

Steps to Reproduce
happens when dup digging fallen regolith, or robo-miner digging newly formed regolith by fallen meteors.

This was a known issue last year, March 4, 2018. Thanks for bringing this up; perhaps the issue has resurfaced, or was never fully resolved.
