Not 100% sure how to replicate it, but it seems that if a dupe dives through the upper Stable into the bottom one, the bottom Critters lost the Cramped status and the stable starts to explode with critters.
After loading it seems to be fixed for a second, but i think the Diving through the stable doors started it again and they lost it again
Steps to Reproduce
After diving through the Stables from top to bottom, the bottom one lost Cramped.
Not sure if it is because i let the eggs fall through the Doors, but even after loading, as soon as a dupe goes through the Door the Cramped goes away
