Unable to get past Klei startup logo

As the title says I am unable to get past this Klei startup logo.

I have tried uninstalling all of my mods, verifying files, uninstalling and reinstalling, and rebooting my PC twice.

Steps to Reproduce

Boot up the game

DxDiag.txt

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Looks like the game is still trying to load your mods. Try deleting C:\Users\dgram\OneDrive\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\mods\mods.json.
