The UI for emptying pipes seems like it "should" apply to rails (for instance, the checkboxes to select what to affect list rails as one of the options). But when I try to use it that way, nothing happens.
Steps to Reproduce
(1) Select the "empty pipes" UI with the conveyor overlay open (2) Note that the checkbox for conveyor rails is selected (3) Drag to select a conveyor that contains items (4) Note that no errand is created, nor is the conveyor emptied
