The Cancel button does not cancel the uproot plant action.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Locate a wild plant.
2. Use the Dig tool to uproot the plant.
3. Use the Cancel tool to cancel the action.
Expected: The uproot action is canceled.
Actual: The uproot action isnt cancelled. To cancel the uproot, user needs to inspect the plant and select the, "cancel uproot" button.
