UI stuck on 200%

I accidentally put the UI scale to 200% and now i cant get it back down, i dont have a save file i can load to get into the settings that way because i reinstalled the game hoping that would fix it, but it didn't. the game is competently unplayable because all of the main functions are off the screen. can someone tell me what to do or where the save files are located so i can port one into the game to access the settings? thanks! ~Pancake

Steps to Reproduce
Set UI scale to 200% while on main menu
Go to bugs

You can delete your C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\kplayerprefs.yaml file to reset all the game settings.
