UI size breaks display in colony summary window, very hard to adjust

attached are different UI size settings (top left insert) and the resulting graphs shown in colony screen.

Additionally the UI size slider does not anchor the mouse pointer to the current slider position when trying to adjust. Instead the UI immediately changes size, including the length and position of the slider while the mouse pointer stays at screen coordinates. This tends to adjust the slider again to a different position, which changes the size and length of the slider while the mouse pointer stays at screen coordinates. This tends to annoy the hell out of somebody who's found a display bug and is trying to make screenshots.
