I was wanting to find a slickster egg that was dropped somewhere in my base. So, I went to the resource list on the side of the screen, opened the critter egg, clicked larva egg, and then the details for the larva egg were covering the resource pane and I couldn't click on the larva egg again to cycle through them. I'm on a 1080p screen.
This could be resolved by either not opening the details when clicking on the side panel or by moving the resource list a little closer to the edge so that I can still click on entries.

Set the resolution to 1920x1080. Discover a lot of resources. Open one of the lower menus in the list and attempt to cycle through them.
