Two dig orders for same tile, one unreachable

While constructing a ladder through a diamond tile, the build effort seemed to stop.  The dig order showed "unreachable dig", then I noticed two actual dig orders.  When I cancelled the ladders, the unreachable  dig order remained and seems to be unremoveable.O2DigBug.thumb.jpg.c95a04ead79d9e03dfded74934f8a3fa.jpg

Steps to Reproduce
Not sure how to reproduce this, it just sort of happened. I've seen it a couple of times now and will update this if I can figure out how to reproduce it. Thanks WORKAROUND: Problem goes away when dup fulfills dig order

I think this bug arises when you put a ladder on top of a square that already has a dig order, and when the dupes supply the ladder materials before the digging occurs.
