Since 357226, the sound plays, but the video plays for a second with a long delay before and then just stalls. Same on all of them.
This is on Windows 7, windowed mode.
Interestingly, the "Monument Completed" Video seems to play.
Update: Actually, they do seem to play after a minute or so, with lots missing and completely desynced from the audio.
