Simple grid setup of a gas pump feeding hydrogen -> generator -> battery. System is bootstrap with a manual generator then it is disabled. Gas pump is allowed to work until the hydrogen generator is about 2/5 full of hydrogen then disabled. The only demand left is to charge the battery. Once battery is charged to 40KJ, the generator continues to use up hydrogen and wasting the power instead of stopping.
Steps to Reproduce
Setup a simple grid of gas pump -> generator -> battery. Bootstrap with manual generator, then disable it. Allow the gas pump to work for about 30s then disable it. The generator will continue to consume hydrogen after the battery is full.
