Transformer makes manual generators blink idle.

`Large Power Transformer` connected on higher side to 5 `Manual Generator`s makes them blinking idle. (which causes dupes to fall off, which stop power flow, which might reassign other dupes than the one running the manual generator second ago).

Steps to Reproduce
1. Connect energy demand >2kW to `Large Power Transformer` on lower side. 2. Connect 5 manual generators to the transformer on higher side. 3. Make dupes run manual generators. You can run my testing save (see TEST2.sav.txt - remove `.txt` extension) to see the issue easily.

It's not a bug, but the normal behavior.

Generators react to the amount of energy stored on the line. And the only storage is the one inside the transformer, which is very small.

So the transformer storage get full, the generator stops, but, the amount of energy directly decrease inside the transformer, and so it goes again.

You just make a mistake by putting the smart battery on the wrong side of your circuit. ;)

Or by simply putting a transformer where it's not necessary. :p
