Trait not work

The Duplicant has the trait(Skilled: Mechatronics Engineering). After using the skill scrubber, the trait will not work

Please fix

Steps to Reproduce

Select skilled talent,used the skill scrubber, the trait will not work

Go to bugs

The free skill is free on print. If you skill scrub the dupe, you still get the free morale for the skill and the 1 skill point but you will have to assign the skill again and any skills before that.
