Toilets break when contaminated water enters

Title sums up the bug. Basically when contaminated water enters the lavatory no dupes will enter it.

Steps to Reproduce
Contaminated water into lavatory
Go to bugs

But that is no bug. Lavatory works on clean water, so if you try to feed it contaminated one, it's working resource can't enter thus building does not work.

I know that, but there is no way of getting the contaminated water out?!

Deconstruct pipes that have contaminated water in them, rebuild new ones.
