Tiles showing melting texture and weird coloured gas when moving quickly...

I have noticed when playing the new expressive update that if you drag the screen across quickly with the mouse tiles will appear melted and gas will become bright colours but only for a second. I know its only a small issue but I though I should mention it because its uncomfortable to look at. I tried to take some screenshots (see attached).

Using the mouse to move around quickly.
