When you build any structure that need to pump out liquids it keeps saying, that there is no pipe attached to this building.
e.g. water sieve is inoperable because there is nowhere to send the clean water.
As you can see in the picture there is a pipe attached to the output.
Steps to Reproduce
Build a structure (e.g. liquid pump) attach a liquid pipe to the output of that structure attach the pipe to a valid output (e.g. liquid vent) the structure does not pump the water.
Build a structure (e.g. liquid pump) attach a liquid pipe to the output of that structure attach the pipe to a valid output (e.g. liquid vent) the structure does not pump the water.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
