Thermodynamics - small amount of cold liquid cools large amount of warm liquid.

Hello,

Just noticed a glitch in heat distribution - dumped about 18 tiles of cold(-8C) polluted water into about 120 tiles of +16C. In short while whole pool got cooled down to about -7C.

Steps to Reproduce
Load save 203 and let them finish designated digging in lower right just outside the base. Save 204 shows rapid temperature change in progress.
