The in-game tooltip says that the thermo regulator and thermo aquatuner produce 14.07 W, and 58.506 W respectively.
However they should be kW instead of W, as the example in the tooltip uses kg whereas the specific heat capacities uses g.
Thermo regulator: 1.005 (J*(g*K)-1) * 1000(g*s-1) * 14(K) = 14070 W (14.07 kW)
Thermo aquatuner: 4.179 (J*(g*K)-1) * 1000(g*s-1) * 14(K) = 58506 W (58.506 kW)
Either the mass needs to lose the k prefix, or the heat and energy need to get a k prefix.
