Aquatuner appears to have blocked polluted water from submerging one side of it.
Steps to Reproduce
After starting in CU, then upgrading to EU I created a room with an aquatuner and pump. This room was then closed off with insulated tiles. When I pumped in polluted water, it failed to submerge the left hand side of the aquatuner. World seed:1515672905
