Thermo Aquatuner heating liquid

So I have a Thermo Aquatuner pumping crude oil through abysalite pipes.  It is sitting in 75C polluted water,   it is running @77C.    The input line is 56C and it is outputting 59C oil.

Steps to Reproduce
Honestly things were running great when I left for work this morning, the oil had stabilized at about -20C and all my industrial zone was at 10C. I half expected to come home and see all my dupes frozen to death. Instead came home to heat stroke. Save file attached and it shows the behaviour.

Seems like theres some 70C oil stuck in the aqua tuners storage and its using that for the temperature of the output.  rebuilding it will fix it
