The MOD loading interface is blank and doesn't display and MODs.Even after re-subscribing to the MODs,the issue persists.Deleting and re-downloading the game didn't restore it normal either.

Steps to Reproduce

Just start the game normally.

Could you please attach your workshop_log.txt file? It's located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\logs\

In Steam could you go to Help -> About Steam and verify you're on the latest client. Here's mine for comparison.
