The heat capacity of the building that uses Multi-Element has only the heat capacity of the amount of Primary Element.

For example, the Germ Sensor uses 50 kg of plastic as a sub-element, so it is 50 kg heavier than other sensors, but its heat capacity is the same as other sensors.

I've also checked several other Multi-Element buildings. (Not all Multi-Element buildings confirmed)
Unless I'm mistaken, all of the following lists have only Primary Element's worth of Heat Capacity.
・Sauna
・Hot Tub
・Steam Turbine
・Oxylite Refinery
・Pixel Pack
・Monument Base
