The game freezes on a black screen and stop respond

When i click to play the game, the game starts and freeze on a black screen and stop respond after a few seconds.

I've already tried a few things:

- Open in administrator mode

- Reinstall the VC++ 2015

- Reinstall and update my graphic card driver

- Clearing the download cache on Steam

Steps to Reproduce
Install the game and try to open, after a few seconds of black screen the game stop responding.
Go to bugs

I've also got this similar issue where it more or less freezes on a black screen after I hit "Embark." Really hope it gets fixed soon I payed for this.

Hmm, can you try forcing the game to use your dedicated video card in the Control Panel and see if that makes a difference?
