Temperature Sensativity

I'm not sure if this is really a bug or if it's just me.  But, i noticed that in Fahrenheit, the dupes start getting cold in temperatures of 23 degrees.  That's strange to me since 23 degrees isn't cold enough to merit complaints.  (Of course I'm from far northern United States so i could be a bit biased).  But 23 degrees isn't something that is harmful to people generally.  I mean in the kitchen I work in, the walk-in freezer is set to -20 degrees Fahrenheit and I have to be in there for an hour or longer to put away frozen product.  Again, this could just be me.  Thought it was worth mentioning though...

Steps to Reproduce
Have your dupes near a hydrofan.

User Feedback

Whether they feel cold or not will also depend on which gas it is because certain gases transfer heat better than others. If you turn on the thermal comfort overlay, does it show that area as feeling cold?

Yes.  And the gas was oxygen.  I would attach a screenshot but unfortunately the base just failed.  xP
