Temperature representation

I find there is an issue with temperature representation. I am in build R1-262109 and my dupes are getting hypothermia in temps between 20 to 30 degrees celsius. These in actuality are very warm temperatures. Is this done on purpose? I am of the impression that hypothermia should only be happening in temperatures of under 5 to 10 celsius, though that is still above freezing. For reference if you are more familiar with F, 20 to 30 degrees is in the 80's to 90's range.

Steps to Reproduce
New game and play in Celsius or Fahrenheit. First time loading up the game to play it

I have seen duplicants suffer from hypothermia in those temperatures before when they stay in water too long. If you open up the Thermal Comfort Overlay (F4), you'll see that water (even 20-30°C) shows up as bright blue - meaning they will lose body heat and eventually suffer hypothermia. Hope this helps!
