Duplicants refuse to research with Supercomputer. When cancelling out all the priorities except research, they become idle unless there is any research left to conduct on the Research Station. I've tried restarting the game, disabling/enabling Supercomputer, deconstructing it and building a new one, even scrubbing off skills of a duplicant and assigning them again, but nothing works. They were using it before during the game, but stopped. This has happened in previous updates as well. The current base is in Oceania, but it happened in other places too.
