sugar engine not available when researched

The sugar engine is in the research tree, but when researched, i see no sign of it in any of my available menus even greyed out.

Note that the log file grabbed from library/logs/unity has a last modified date of 11/25/20 on my system.

Not sure if 'preview branch' vs 'live branch', i'm on EA not alpha
