Stuck on Klei screen

When I open up Oxygen not included I am stuck on the Klei screen and I have restarted my computer and uninstalled and reinstalled Oxygen not included and it still dosen't work.

Steps to Reproduce
I started up oxygen not included and it just happened.
Go to bugs

I Got simmiliar bug, after lastes update When i start the game, it will show klei logo than force close. Tried validating, Reinstall nothing work. cannot play at all

i just got it too.. i play the game for 1 hour.. mostly havent play much as talking with my chat in stream.. then i save the games then sudenly my pc is restarting due to the power problem.. as my pc is ready.. try to play the game but its wont work anymore.. its stuck in the Klei screen. have done all hte basic triubleshoot..still no juice.
