To reproduce:
Send a dupe to the tear in space while using an ultra widescreen monitor.
Result:
Totally stuck, no way to get back to the game.
Full description:
When completing sending a dupe to the tear in space for the first time, I got the cutscene and a screen saying "Our homeworld in this universe is gone, replace by the ..." All the flavor text appears fine, but then I appeared to be totally stuck. No button to click and no way to proceed.
Workaround:
Using windowed mode and decreasing my window width revealed that there was a "PROCEED" button that was totally offscreen. I was then able to click it and get back to the game.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
