Storage Compactor - Selecting Sweep only makes All require 2 click to activate

Trying to select "All" in the storage compactor after selecting "Sweep Only" requires 2 clicks before it becomes selected.

Steps to Reproduce
Have a storage compactor with nothing set and select "sweep only" and then try to enable "all" will require 2 clicks to enable

Same here, first one does nothing, the second activates it !

For me, it starts happening on the second storage I build. The first one, the "all" registers the first time, starting with the second one, it takes 2 clicks.
