Storage bin is over full and dupes keep storing more

My storage bin is set to 600kg to store 3 atmo suits. It currently has 6800 kg of atmo suits in it. It only seems to happen in my rockets. 

Steps to Reproduce

I set the storage limit in my rocket storage bins. It over fills way high. If I delete the storage bin and re-make it the same thing happens again.

Try setting the limit only to 3kg, I think I've read somewhere that suits and masks count as 1kg.
