since yesterdays 2 beta branch updates, the workshop seems to be partially broken.
certain mods no longer update, throwing k_EResultAccessDenied errors when trying to force them with Mod Updater, this issue seems to stem from something being broken in the communication between the game and the steam api.
(without mod updater the updating process just fails completely silently..)
