Steam achivement earned when loading from sandbox to survival

Hello.
There is a bug with achievement or achievements. When I meet criteria for achievement (building with temperature below 6 Kelvins) in sandbox and then load my survival game then achievement was earned. It works with 6K build at least. It happened to me twice already. When the bug occurred for the first time I also earned Steam achievement.
