Steam achievements disabled no debug mode

I started a new game with the sole intent of a complete run to unlock as many Steam achievements as possible. Well versed in the game at 930 hours.

There is no debug file in my directory and I just noticed my achievements are disabled at current cycle 75 and have to roll back to 52. I haven't opened up any other save files or added back the debug text file during this playthrough, what the heck happened?

Save files between enabled and disabled achievements attached.

Steps to Reproduce

I wish I knew, lost an entire day of play time.

Had the same issue today. I started a new world without most of my mods and without debug mode and I didn't start sandbox mode ingame. After 

approximately 40 cycles the checkmark was gone.

I don't know why?

did you start a new game directly after going to the main menu from a debug save? Otherwise you pressed one of the debug commands if you always have debug on
