With the changes to overjoyed responses I get a lot of starving balloon artists.
This is the fourth cycle in a row that Harold hands out balloons instead of eating.
Also the amount of overjoyed responses going on in my base is unprecedented.
(And no it's no skill issue)
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
