Starting Rations Caloric value, Nutrient Bars not as nutrient rich

Previously we started with 20,000kcals, Now we are down to 16,000 as the kcal value of nutrient bars has changed from 1000 to 800 while the starting weight remains the same. Though we only see these items occasionally after we get started, the new caloric value of the rations we get shaves ~4 meals off the early game and may be a challenge for newer players.

If this is an intentional change (or something that happened during the last upgrade and I missed it), just disregard this. Otherwise the starting POI needs to have it's rations stored adjusted from 20Kg to 25Kg.
