I managed to sustainably reproduce the stucking of the Spice Grinder.
First, one of the ingredients must run out, and the Spice Grinder will show the status of Insufficient Resources.
Further, at the moment when the additional amount of necessary ingredients is obtained, suddenly all the errands disappear, and the Spice Grinder gets stuck.
The Spice Grinder itself will no longer return to normal operation.
Switching off and on with automation does not help.
To return the Spice Grinder to normal operation, you need to choose another spice, or just click on the selected spice again.

Steps to Reproduce
- build a Spice Grinder.
- spawn food and spice ingredients sufficient for several servings.
- let the duplicants use the Spice Grinder until one ingredient runs out.
- let the duplicants get an additional amount of the missing ingredient.
- watch as the Spice Grinder gets stuck.
