On maximum zoom-out, speech-bubbles are not displayed anymore. Just a bit below maximum zoom-out they get displayed, so that is probably a bug with the threshold for hiding them set just a bit too low.
Steps to Reproduce
When dupes say something, pause. Then zoom out. Just a tiny bit before maximum, the speech-bubbles vanish.
