Space Scanners not consuming power.

Hi, this is my first post in the forum.

I couldn't find news about this bug so I decided to report it.

After the scanners are set to detect a rocket they still consume power and contribute to the network, but after the rocket lands the scanners stops consuming power, but stills scan.

Steps to Reproduce
Launch a rocket, set a scanner to detect that rocket and wait for te rocket to land.
Go to bugs

I have also had this bug. My space scanner's are set to scan for meteor strikes, I have a wattage sensor hooked up to the door automation as well as the scanner so in the event of a power outage on the space scanner's the bunker doors will close.

After the meteor strike the wattage sensors continued to read 0w on the circuit and so kept the doors closed.
