I found a special spot where I can construct/deconstruct conveyor loader or receptacle through the wall. Any other building can not be constructed this way (wires ,auto-sweeper, etc..). I found this special features when I struggling with this bug :
This special receptacle is clogged very often, so I must deconstruct and construct it again very often. So I found that I can deconstruct through the wall 
Steps to Reproduce
Simply Construct or deconstruct receptacle in right spot (see picture, use savegame)
