Some Machinery errands gives no effects.

Dear Klei,

I am sure it was reported already as it affects the game significantly.

Whenever my duplicants are doing few same machinery errands in a row some of them are giving no effect. It is most visible on three machines:
Glass Forge, Metal Refinery and Manual Radbolt Generator. Glass Forge and Metal Refinery are power consuming but they are producing nothing.
