Solved: The activation of a disabled Printerceptor doesn't offer a Keep Sake

If you finalize the Printerceptor quest by unclogging the toilet while the printerceptor is disabled the printerceptor doesn't drop it's keep sake.

This was a misunderstanding. Read the first comment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the Printerceptor quest.

2. Order the unclogging of the toilet.

3. Disable Printerceptor

4. Let a dupe unclog the toilet

5. Quest finalizes but no keep sake

You have to make your first print from the Printerceptor before the quest actually completes and you get the keepsake, so if you disabled it and never intercepted prints or sent data banks, you won't get the keepsake.
