This is something i noticed a while ago, but i never caught it. But now i have it on tape😊👍
There is a bug that causes spontaneous heat generation out of nowhere
Video: "Wasserschaden" = "water damage" that normally comes from pipes – but there are no pipes.
It looks like a pipe is breaking , but on my whole colony i not have a pipe the contains such hot stuff that a pipe would break. (there are also no vent pipes nearby)
Maybe you can give me some inside 
(i have some QOL mods installed (for years), but i not think those are the cause)
