solid port doesn't load rocket storage

I built a rocket with a solid cargo and added a solid port to load it with gold.

Gold is not loaded into the rocket and I see no way to achieve it.

Steps to Reproduce

Load attached savegame, go to proper asteroid and see that gold is not loaded into the rocket
