Solid methane has incorrect melting point of -161.5 °C

Liquid methane freezes into solid methane at -182.6 °C, but solid methane uses -161.5 °C (the vaporization point of methane) as its melting point, instead of -182.6 °C.

Steps to Reproduce
Freeze methane. Methane will stay frozen well above -180 °C. The in game encyclopedia (and the Properties of frozen methane) will both list the melting point as -161.5.

This is still an issue in the game. I think it would be  really quick fix to update it to -182.6C.  Was this on purpose, or just an accident.
