Solar panel with poor light seems to produce 380 W

If we take a look at the energy tab of the wire connected to solar panels, we can see that even without enough light for full power, and even if the solar panel roll over info tells it produce less than 380 W, in the wire, there's 380 W. :(

Maybe it's just an oversight and the energy tab don't display the left side info.

But if not, it's possible to fully power a base with solar farm like this one :

Even if the solar panel tells it produces only 9.67 W. :-/

It's an old bug. But for quality of the game, it should be corrected quickly. ;)

The display bug is still there in the current version.

To produce a small additionnal amount of power, I've built a solar farm with shine bugs.

Each solar panel produce around 10 W. Wich is normal.

But the energy tab persists in not displaying the fraction, and only shows 380W per solar panel.

Worste of all, the "power produced" line use the 380 W value to calculate the production.

Here, the only energy systems in function are the solar panels, so the line tells there's 2.28 kW produced, even though there's only 59.47 W available ... -_-

The release is in may. Please make a REAL quality of life patch to correct all these small bugs !
