While modding, I ran into a problem with the interface class IActivationRangeTarget. Exploring this further, it turns out that it affects the unmodded smart battery too. It will presumably affect every single building, which replies on IActivationRangeTarget, but I will stick to the smart battery here.
The problem is that on load, it seems to fail to set the tooltip strings for the two sliders. Instead it displays the tooltip for the slider in the manual generator. It must be an init problem because changing a value or moving to a different building/gas/whatever and then click the battery again fixes the problem and once gone it appears to not come back until the next time you load a game.
Steps to Reproduce
Load a game. Click on a smart battery. Move the mouse to any of the sliders to get the tooltips.
