Smart batteries start with the settings Standy: 100 and Active: 0, but if you change these values they are not saved between reloads.
I often change the bottom value to 5% to keep the circuits from having brownouts, but when the game doesn't save the changed values it forces me to have to fix each circuit with smart batteries controlling a power source to fix this.
Steps to Reproduce
Change smart batteries active/standby value, reload.
